Hi,
Yes, in fact most of the world and it's Governments do each and every day. When Satan tempted Jesus during his forty day fast just after his Baptism by John, he took him to a high place and showed him all the Kingdoms of the Earth. He then said if you fall down and worship me I'll give them all to you. He couldn't do this unless he controlled all of them. The fact is, he is very busy trying to distort all information so it leads people away from God's purpose, and that includes scientists attitude towards the information they disseminate. Not is all cases, because their are many great Christian scientist that dispel the disinformation that is put forth by the Darwin's of this world.

YES MOST DEFINITELY. Any person on Earth who's spirit is not born again is open to DEMONS living inside them. A demon can not enter a born again Christian because the Spirit of the Living God is inside them.

When an individual contiuously sins then demons are able to enter the spirit of that sinner. Satan will control those demons inside the individual, and through controlling the demon, Satan will control the individual.

So if the scientist is not Born Again then Satan can DEFINETELY control that person

If you accept the whole christian thing then you must accept that everyone can work under the inspiration of satan, scientist or not, christian or not. Nobody is immune.

If you believe christianity in the first place, that is.

In ancient Jewish tradition Satan is simply an angel doing the work that God assigned to Satan to do.

The word Satan means challenger. With the idea of Satan challenging us, or tempting if you will. This description sees Satan as the angel who is the embodiment of man's challenges. This idea of Satan works closely with God as an integral part of Gods plan for us. His job is to make choosing good over evil enough of a challenge so that it becomes clear to us that there can be only one meaningful or logical choice.

Contrast this to Christianity, which sees Satan as God's opponent. In Jewish thought, the idea that there exists anything capable of setting itself up as God's opponent would be considered polytheistic or setting up the devil to be an equally powerful polarity to god or a demigod.

Oddly, proof for The Christian satan/devil mythology is supposedly found in the ancient Jewish texts that were borrowed to create the bible. One can’t help but wonder how Christians came up with such a fantastically different interpretation of Gods assistant Satan in their theology.

Other hints about Satan’s role in human relations can be seen if you look at the name Lucifer. It’s meaning in the original tongue translates as Light bearer or light bringer. Essentially the bringer of enlightenment. The temptations of the Satan idea bring all of us eventually into Gods light. Hardly the Evil entity of Christian mythology.

It is Equally as possible as Believers, their priests, clerics and pastors to work under the inspiration of Satan...

-There are those who belittle believers and non-believers for being adulterers and fornicators only to be caught red handed doing the nasty themselves

- Not forgetting those who apparently kill "Heathens" for non believe, which in the end makes Satan very happy coz his enemy troops are sending more souls to him with every killing... than his demons and tricksters

Oh, that's perfect
Make it look like all scientists are Satan's tools.
That way you can be CERTAIN to avoid scientific proof against that foolish creationism theory.

Perhaps so, ...but I wouldn't really call that "inspiration", unless Satan has to pose as a model for some design...

No since Satan doesn't exist. He is a boogie man made up to scare little children into being good.
