blue and gold are the colors and we need the best room to win...good decorating ideas would help

Buffalo Sabres colors of course, but blue is the sky and water, gold is the sun and money, so golden suns and stars above with blue clouds, all hanging with blue water and, ah ha-goldfish bellow...on the stars could be (in blue) positive traits of students and on the suns positive traits of friends, on the fish could be environmental sayings, positive of course...or names of children on the stars...lots of possibilities, good luck. Remember, no one can resist a positively motivated teacher.

Mardi Gras would be a cool theme - by previous poster. When I think of blue & gold I think of Stars & Crescent Moons - so maybe a sky motif. What if you went from Dawn to night across the room?

Mardi Gras Theme. Lots of masks, beads and streamers in blue and white. Go to a party warehouse or a crafts store.
