I work for Coke and may be able to help.
Coke has 5 or 6 "core" brands. These core brands are the money makers for Coke. Everything else is susceptible to discontinuation. C2 was not a core brand. C2 is still made in certain parts of the country, but from what I heard, its mostly gone altogether. (Hell you could still get Coke 2 in my area until last year).

C2 has been discontinued by the company. Coca-Cola Zero is its new,modified version, still made with Splenda.

i live in the detroit area too, but i think it was discontinued (no idea why though, i loved it)

unfortunately I think it has been discontinued... my husband loved the stuff.
