You might be able to save the tooth . You need to see an endodontist. It depends on the type of crack, location and severity of the crack.

If your dentist is well educated and has experience, he might be able to still save it. If you never had your root-canal finished as in: the canals filled with gutta percha, you may have residual infection and bacteria in the canals. He will have to treat it and then possibly put a post in it and do a build up. After the tooth is asymptomatic, a crown will need to be placed on the tooth so that additional tooth structure does not break off.
However, if it is cracked (a vertical crack), it could be that he may have to extract it.
I've seen our "Dr. Joe" save teeth, his skills amaze me, and I've been doing this for 19 years.

o man you are so screwed. i would hate to make you feel scared. when you pull out a wisdom tooth it hurts real bad cus the dentis usually has a hard time pulling these out cus there pretty big. you might bleed alot when he pulls it out. make sure u get about 5 shots of numbing. for your molar, you might have to get a crown or either pull it out. that is up to your dentis and what he thinks is best. for the cost i would say a hundred dollars by pulling 2 teeth out or 340 if you get a crown and a tooth pulled out. you probably wont bee able to eat for bout a day cus your mouth will be swollen. i suggest you get your molar checked out and have your wisdom tooth pulled out some other time

Well, since you never finished the root canal you probably waited too long and the tooth can become infected, land it can spread to other parts of your body and cause serious complications. I waited about two and a half years before I finally had my second root canal done though, so don't worry. Go in and get it fixed as soon as possible.
As far as your wisdom teeth, as long as your teeth aren't becoming pushed together and crowded, you won't need to have them removed! Don't worry!
Good Luck!

You can opt to have the cracked tooth pulled or repaired and covered with a crown. Pulling the tooth is much less expensive, but for cosmetic reasons, you should get the crown.

SMURPH,
THIS SITUATIOON IS EXACTLY WHY YOU SHOULD GET A CROWN AFTER A ROOT CANAL.
THE TOOTH MAY NEED A BUILD-UP, AND A CROWN.
YOU'VE ALREADY INVESTED THE TIME AND TROUBLE THIS FAR FOR THIS TOOTH, IT WOULD BE GOOD TO KEEP IT FOR LIFE.
