The first step you would take would be to download the videos onto your hard drive into a format playable by Movie Maker (i.e. .wmv, .avi., .mpeg, etc.). If the format is different, you can find programs (AVS Video Converter, http://www.avsmedia.com) that will convert the videos into the proper format. Then, once you have to clips on your drive, just import it into Movie Maker.
