Same as everyone else, they go before the judgment bar of God to be judged by their thoughts and actions in this life.
Just because you don't believe in gravity doesn't mean it doesn't affect you.

Hi,
To be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord. Like it or not we all go back to him. It's scriptural. Some would like these people to go to hell, but that's just religion talking. If you let God speak through his word the Bible, and you believe the Bible, it says very plainly the spirit goes back to God. Good, bad, or indifferent, that's what the Bible says. I hope that gives some people a bit to chew on for awhile.

According to who? The atheist?
He thinks his body decomposes and he is
returned to the great cycle of life.
According to others? Well, it depends on who
you ask. Some religious types will tell you that
the atheist is going to go to hell.
But yes, atheists actually believe that when you
die ... you are dead.
Wow.
And you know what? There is no credible
scientific evidence that disagrees with them.
None.
Do I believe it? I don't know.

Atheists are unbelievers and all unbelievers are eventually doomed on judgment day. They will either wander the earth in the form of evil spirits or they will rest.

From a man that believes in God.
The bible states you can only enter the Kingdom of Heaven through Jesus Christ. Therefore if they didnt believe in him I dont see how they can go any other place than Hell.
But I leave that for Jesus to decide. Im not God.
You know I notice people just give thumbs down to people just cause they believe in God. They should base it on the answer in retrospect to the question.

The same thing that happens to everyone else - they are dead. That's probably it.
Just because you believe something will happen doesn't mean it will. How many times have you believed you'd win the lottery? How many times did it happen?

What happens to anybody else. The body returns to the earth & the spirit moves on to it's destination or stays trapped here on earth.

Well, just like everyone else,they will stand before God and give an account of their lives.If they haven't accepted Crist then he will say part from me for I never knew you.Next they will be cast from heaven to sped eternity in the fire pits of hell.But this is true for anyone who dies unsaved not just atheist.

same as everybody else. Unless he is killed by cannibals, but in the grand scheme of things thats not much different than being buried. You would just decompose faster after you are digested.

Don't forget they'll grow into a Ficus. and a big hairy logger would chop them down and print the Bible on them LOL

Their heart ceases and they stop breathing. The brain stops sending it's messages. The body becomes lifeless and stiff. They are embalmed and then either cremated or buried.
