Tell a girl she's a good kisser if she's not...
Basically, I was talking to this guy and then as we said goodbye, I just kissed him on the lips really quickly, like a normal 'see you later' kiss.
He said I was a good kisser and that he was thinking about it. But it lasted for like a millisecond and to me it wasn't that good of a kiss. Was he just trying to be nice?

He wasn't just trying to be nice, he wants more than a kiss and he thought saying that might give him a better chance of getting what he wants.

Well, it doesnt matter how great the kiss was to a guy, or girl actually too. What matters was the impotance of the kiss to the couple. If you think that kiss started up a good relationship, it was a great kiss. If you think you're a good kisser, give him a longer more meaningful kiss to show him how good a kisser u are haha. Then he'll have something to brag about.

But truly hon, he might just have been nice. He might be flirting a bit hoping for another taste some day, that is just how guys are.
I kissed a guy a few months ago before he left the country for a long time. It was a kiss just like you describe. But I will say, it was a nice kiss and I would like more some day.
LOL maybe you have lovely soft lips and he has only kissed someone with lips in rigor mortis!

It's perfectly normal for one to say that another is a good kisser to their face, but if the extent of the kiss is a quick "see you later" peck, him saying you're a good kisser is a signal that he liked that quick jolt and is looking forward to more.

You cant judge a kiss from a peck on the lips.
You really need to get it in there with him and then ask him the same question
