I'm a 15 mph person

I would raise speeding limits across the board with highways being limited at about 80mph but I would also make it harder for people to get their license and make the penalties for traffic violations more severe.

If you're only comfortable driving 15mph, you shouldn't be on the road at all.

I would leave the limits where they are. What I would change is people talking on cell phones while driving. People who don't know how to use the lever on the left side of the steering column that activates the turn signal. People who can't drive at least at the posted speed limit. People who can't merge into another lane until the last minute even when they know the lane they are in is ending until the last minute. And last but not least the inability for the planners of road construction to come up with a course of action that really works.

In some parts of the German motorway system, there is no speed limit, In some parts of the world, there is no speed limits on the roads at all. Should we have 15 mph speed limits in remote areas too, or is it just cities? What about different speed limits for different sorts or roads or areas. oops! we have them already! How about we all just drive sensibly according to road, our ability and other traffic?

I would say 80 on the highway, 60 on regular streets, and 35 in neighborhoods.
But this would only happen if people would follow the dane speed limit and not got to slow or to fast.

Honestly I'd say more like 70. It'd be more efficient to get to most places, and it was said that in Germany having no speed limit actually caused less accidents because people had to be more aware of what they were doing.

I would eliminate ALL speed limits if I had power. Then people would start thinking what they are doing when driving. And our roads would become way safer...

I'd leave them as they are...we have enough road fatalities occuring from everybody wanting to drive at their own pace.

"Reasonable and Prudent", just like it used to be in Montana. No need for any arbitrary numbers.
