can anybody anywhere think of a beer/lager that has less taste than Budweiser?

Not the original Chec but the American version, it is like drinking fizzy water, Miller is quite close second but definately Budweiser definately takes it as most tastless. Are all American lagers/beers so tastless? I have tried one or two but only from very specialist shops, is this the what normal mainstream beer is like over there?

There are many great beers made here in the USA.

Budweiser and Coors are mainstream, inexpensive, tasteless swill.

Try some of the Sam Adams, Yuengling, Dogfish or Magic Hat brews. All very good.

The most tasteless American beer is Miller Lite. Budweiser probably ranks in the top 25 or so. All American beer is not as tasteless as the majority of mass produced beer. There is a wide variety of tasty micro-brew beers in the United States.

Coors light, Miller lite, bud light, amstel light all have less taste than Budweiser in my opinion. I love Stella Artois, but aside from the higher alcohol content it does not have much more flavor than Bud either.

I have a two words for you. Microbrew or Homebrew.

Try Fat Tire by New Belgium Brewery in Fort Collins CO, or Saint Arnolds in Houston Texas (brown ale is my fav).

Michelob Ultra Lite is like drinking water. Try Yuengling, awesome beer brewed in PA. It's the best!

Most mainstream American beer is watery crap, but we have amazingly good microbrews all over the country, in just about any style you want.

It is mass produced beer for those that are inspired by BEER ADS. We have better stuff made by small breweries. Schmidts Beer is US stuff that will give you a headache.

I think that most of the mainstream beers here have a different flavor than in other countries, but are flavorful.

I think Budweiser has a lot of taste. It just happens to be bad.
