I eat a lot, but I just have a very fast matabalism. I never gain wieght even if i eat all day.

Eat heavy foods. Peanut Butter, 4 to 6 eggs ,boiled if u like.
Steaks,tuna,spaghetti with chicken breasts, ice cream, go too Wall Mart buy some protein shake mix 4 to 6 scoops a day. I have very fast metabolism too and when your trying to gain weight you must make this into a job eat every too hours until your stuffed.

Actually for me it would be very easy to gain five pounds. You are lucky you have a fast metabolism.

If you are healthy, why don't you forget about your weight and not worry about gaining five pounds. However, if you really want to....What you would do is try to add calories without adding bulk. If you put extra butter on your toast you would get extra calories and not feel that you had eaten anymore. Put mayonaise on sandwiches which will add more calories without adding bulk. Just do things like this for a few weeks and you will gain your five pounds.

I want to gain 20 lbs. but to give some advice, eat 3 full meals a day. heck! you should eat 4 full meals a day and eat snack occasionaly. DONT EAT FAST FOOD! THAT IS VERY VERY BAD FOR YOU! Follow the food pyramid. nobody follows the food pyramid and eats ALL that within a day. But when you change to eat more food, your body will gain weight!

Drink sugary pops and eat lots of snacks like cake and cookies besides your regular meals. Sit around a lot.

Eat your regular meals, but between breakfast and lunch and lunch and dinner, drink a slim fast. You will gain it in no time.
