I am 24 years old. The whites of my eyes have always been flawlessly white, but recently the red veins are starting to show very obviously. I don’t know what could be causing it and I don’t know what to do. Any suggestions?

Chances are it's stress--due to allergies, work, what have you.

Try putting two metal spoons into the freezer. Put them over your eyes for about 5-10 minutes.

Well you might not be getting enough sleep. Another reason could be allergies, pollen season is rolling around the corner. Try talking with your doctor to find out whats going on.

Maybe your eyes are itchy. You should try eye drops. You could also have pink eye. I'm not saying you do or anything but it's a possibility.

maybe you didn't sleep well recently or you have been working overtime and is very tired. I suggest you to rest more and don' t use your eyes that much until it gets better.
