If an illegal is found within this country and has a gun on them - the fact that they have a gun on them is going to jump that crime up over the original arrest.
Now if you want to ask if they have guns? OH yeah.... just ask all the officers families who's loved one was killed in the line of duty by an illegal. Sadly there are more and more of them that you can ask because of the assault on our borders.

They can bare their arms of they want to I guess. Just kidding. They shouln't have any rights at all here. I know for a fact that is is illegal in Mexico even if you are a citizen.

In my opinion, if you are in this country illegally and you are armed, you should be shot immediately! You don't have the right to bear arms or bare arms or even be here. You are an enemy if you come into the country illegally and you have a gun. You are a mercenary and an invader.

As in take their shirts off?
No, current registration requirements require citizenship. In fact, I have seen raid accounts where illegals found with guns were arrested for that as a separate charge.

I am a citizen and even with that, there are certain rules and constraints. Right to bear arms isn't a right for everyone to legally have a gun that wants one. So no.....I don't think it means non-citizens have a right to bear arms.

Illegals think they have all the rights that we American citizens have, which is not the case at all, but they are amongst the highest of murderers, druglords, rapists and child molestors.

Well . . .
Do I have to wear a wife-beater undershirt to have completely bare arms, or is a short-sleeved shirt OK. Right now I'm wearing a T-shirt, so my arms are sorta bare.
Rights are not created by the Constitution, they are RECOGNIZED by the Constitution. Rights are God-given and are not lienable. As a matter of fact, they are unalienable.
And what's this about "illegals"? Who the hell are we white people to tell American natives where they can and cannot go in the land God appointed to them? Seems to me we better start taking the words "All men are created equal" seriously or we may wear out our welcome. We're the guests here, and I think our gracious hosts are getting a little tired of us.
Everbody's rights derive from God's Law. God's laws apply to all people, not just citizens. The commandment says "Thou shalt not kill", therefore, I have the right to life, and by extension, the right to protect my life by whatever means I deem appropriate, like the right to bear arms. The commandment says "Thou shalt not steal", therefore, I have the right to private property ownership. The commandment says "Thou shalt not commit adultery", therefore, I have the right to the expectation of marital fidelity. The commandment says "Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God and Him only shalt thou serve", therefore Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof.
You get the idea?
