I need ideas!!!!!! HELP!?

Like I said I need ideas of how to get my ex out of my every thought! I can't really get out that much and meet peolpe so it's been hard to get him of my mind! I really want to,but then I see a truck with he's name on it and it hurts my heart so much! So if you have any good ideas that worked for you,I really need then about now.

If you really cared about him, that will take some time, try to find something to do, that keeps you busy, perhaps going out with some friends, maybe somewhere you have never been before, someone new to talk to
