There's nothing you can do in that quick of a time.
Go to the mall and learn some cover-up techniques. It's not going to solve your problem in the long run, but it can help for picture day.

I've read so much crap on home remedies and I have not found one to be useful yet. Proactive or the generic "acne free" works but ... it takes more than 3 days. Sorry

If you're worried about photos you might as well just try to find some really good foundation that matches your skintone well. If you have alot of acne you can't really get rid of it that fast. You can use any acne products and they'll probably help, but not quickly enough for the photo! But in photos good foundation actually looks like skin, unlike in real life, so you may as well just cover it up.

The Proactive sulfur treatment mask works well to get rid of it quick, though the 3 step treatment itself didn't work for me. I'm sure other sulfur treatments work just as well.
For the scars it will take a while to get rid of them, I'm going to a dermatologist for mine, but there are medications for scars without prescription. I'm using Mederma (also for stretch marks, burns and surgery scars). I got it at Wal-Mart for around 23$. I haven't used it long enough for it to work though. (supposed to use it for 3-6 months)

you can't really get rid of acne so fast, but you can always cover them up with makeup on picture day.

Get foundation to match your skin tone. You should use a liquid and a powder. Covergirl works well, they have something that covers most skin tones. You have three days to practice...dont use too much.
