Well growing hair on your "thing" isnt a problem at all. Actually, im only 14 and i have some hair comin 2, so u should be glad u got it later on in life than me haha. I dont think cutting it off will solve anything, if anything it may make it worse. just leave it alone and let it grow, it wont be a big deal.

Oh lord, the things people put on here. Grab a bottle of lotion and you'r favorite fantasy and get busy. Careful if your mom washes your sheets !! My suggestion is in the shower with conditioner . . . easy to clean up. the hair thing, it's normal DON'T try to shave it until you're used to it or it'll hurt. It's normal you're growing up . . . every guy goes through it.
