Exercise a couple of times a week for a minimum of 30 minutes straight. Eat healithy. That does NOT mean counting calories or eliminating carbs, eat what you would like but in moderation. If you combine moderation with consistent exercise, you should be fine.
But for the record honey, who cares if people call you fat. You are 14, I'm pretty sure your body is still holding on to baby weight. Before you can gain the courage to lose weight, you must gain confidence with yourself. Please do not aim to be a super skinny girl, THAT is not attractive. I was a stick figure when I was 14 and I secretly hoped to gain weight so I would feel better about myself. Do not take the things people say to heart, you are young, kids pick on each other about everything, about being skinny, fat, short, tall...its all in the quest in finding yourself. As long as you are not overweight or obsece, be happy with yourself! It makes life so much easier! When you get older you'll see what I mean.

Ummm . . . that doesn't sound THAT fat. Just start a little exercise routine . . . maybe walk a mile or two (three max, I suppose . . . you shouldn't have to exercise that much) a few times per week or something like that. Also, eating slightly less than you're eating now should help. Each pound of fat is worth roughly 3500 calories . . . you're only supposed to lose about one or two pounds per week. So . . . if you eat 500 less calories per day for a week (or exercise pretty hard), that will get you to lose the optimum amount of weight. It is very helpful to eat more often throughout the day IF you eat the correct portions so you don't exceed your appropriate calorie intake.
Actually, let me make it simpler for you. The minimum number of calories you're supposed to eat is like 15 times your body weight in pounds (or your desired body weight, rather). Add to that whatever you burn from exercise (there are tables online about how much energy is required for different activities). Divide that by the number of meals you intend to eat and there you go. Drink a fair amount of water as you do all this, because burning fat requires water.
I suggest you go by your physical measurements rather than your weight, because your weight might change as a natural part of you exercising and drinking more water than before. (You could gain weight but end up with a smaller waist, for example.) But honestly, I don't see you needing to lose more than about ten pounds. In fact, it could be less than that. I don't think 114 is really heavy . . . if you weighed 140 then you might be getting kinda pudgy. Then again, I don't know how you really look. You can lose whatever small amount of weight you want to lose pretty quickly . . . I lost ten pounds without realizing it once (I didn't even want to lose weight, actually). Two lbs per week is the recommended maximum reduction rate.
I think you should get some different friends . . . real friends won't put you down. There are other ways to express concern besides insults. And also, make sure that you're not imagining things. I just can't imagine that a girl weighing 114 lbs is fat, even if she is kinda short (short is cute, by the way . . . ). And even if you happen to be pudgy, it's so easy to fix because you can't possibly have far to go. Good luck!

You are not fat!! Just because you hang out with stick figures does not mean you need to be just like them. In fact, you will find as you get older that some guys don't like really skinny females. You are only 14 - you may still get a little taller. If you are concerned about weight get out and do things rather than sit in front of a computer!!

Okay, you are young and the truth is that you don't need to loose any weight...If any of your friends are calling you fat then they are not your friends....They must be jealous of you...You need to realize that you are skinny when you weigh 115 pounds. If you lost weight you would have an eating disorder...Good luck and please find better friends...Good luck:)
