The fats and poisons such as mercury and other heavy metals will concentrate in the skin, so while you CAN eat it, you might want to avoid it, really.

Yes, eating fish skin will cause you no harm. In fact, its actually good for you!

certainly, if you care to eat it. some nutritionists suggest that this is where the most omega 3 fatty acid is. personally, i don't like the texture, and don't eat any fish skin.
