Gee, it sounds like you are a bit insecure. I am sorry to hear about your recent weight gain to 135. Being 23 years old you may not have learned in life yet that there are no perfect people. Society's superficiality has played into your head, sorry to hear that. Plastic surgeons also feed into the vanity and insecurity that people have.
People should realize that many woman and men are attractive yet none of them are perfect. What may seem 'perfect' to you may seem like a dog to someone else. So you have to realize that there are no perfect people-- men or women-- out there. Everyone is different and should be respected and valued for who they are, not for how they look. I know I am not perfect and do not have a problem with that.

1. Height doesn't matter. I'm 5'6" and have dated a girl who is 4'11", and am currently dating a girl who is 5'9". I find height attractive in a sexy, dominating sort of way, and I find being tiny attractive in a submissive, cute way.
2. Ok, so fake breasts are a big no no. And with size, it depends on the girl. My girlfriend, the tall one, has C, and it's the perfect size for her body, and I particularly am rather fond of them. I'm not a fan of anything bigger than that though, from what I've seen, a bit too much and out of control for me o_O.
3. Weight, again, depends on height. But for the most part I LOVE curves. Not extreme curves. But femininity. And a nice stomach.
4. Lips. Mmmm. Kissable, not too thick, but not super thin and nonexistent.
5. Hair, I like short hair on girls with defined facial features, but my girlfriend has beautiful wavy bleach blonde hair to her shoulders-ish that goes well with her stretched ears and rounder face.
6. Could care less about feet.
7. Nice butt. Not too big, but not flat.
8. Maybe around like 29, 30. Again, curves are nice.
9. Again, curves haha I like a little bit of hip.
10. Gorgeousgorgeousgorgeous, but only if she had a future and a sense of humor.
