Take an ice cube and gently rub it on your lids and under your eyes. It takes the puffiness right out. It's quick, convenient and immediate relief

First...hit your boy friend really hard for making you cry (just kidding)...really soak a tea bag in hot water for a second, lay down and put the tea bags over your eyes..when the bags are cold..or 15 minutes later rub some preperation h on the bottom part of your eye...apply eye make up and use a WHITE eyeliner on the bottom rim of your eye..will help reduce any red left over

get a wash rag and soak it in hot water. then just lay down for a few minutes with it over your eyes. it makes mine a lot less puffy and also gets rid of the redness.

cucumbers, I know may not be handy but it works...
just take a wash cloth and run in under cold water, hold over your eyes, the puffing will go down. try being happy and laugh

put a spoon in the freezer for about 15-20 minutes. pull it out and press the back of the spoon gently against your closed eyes. when the spoon is warm, put it back in the freezer, and repeat. you'll see, it really works!

Bowl two tea bags...cool them...squeeze out excess water...place them over your eyes for about 15 minutes, repeat if you have time...you can use the same tea bags again...
