You should be getting an annual statement from Social Security that lists your SS wages and taxes paid. This arrives 2 or 3 months prior to your birth month.
If you want to know how much income tax you've paid, you'll have to refer to your own records for that.

If you want to find out about Federal income taxes, your could request a tax transcript from the IRS. On form 4506-T line 6, check "b account transcript". You can request up to 4 years per form.
If you are asking about Social Security, you can request a statement on-line from the Social Security Administration. You should also receive an annual statement automatically.
