Do you consider 5 early for dinner?

5 is a great time for dinner if it works for oyour family. i feed mine closer to 8 since everyone gets home from work around then (no kids yet!) I could make dinner for 6 everynight but then half our household would be reheating everynight

Generally, we start eating dinner between 5:30 and 6:30, depending on how on the ball I am with the cooking. 5 is pretty early, but we've been known to eat that early especially in the summer (pasta salads!). We usually eat pretty early because my husband has a very physical job and he gets downright surly if he doesn't get food in his stomach by 6...

We eat around 7:00-7:30, so I think it's early. But that's just me.

We used to eat at 5:00 every night when I was younger.
But, who gets home from work at 5 anymore?

Not too early, if it suits you, though.

We eat at 6:30. We're all home and we can actually enjoy each others company at that point. It's given us time to unwind.

it all depends on what time everyone finishes work but its usually between 5 and 6
