we are looking for a puppy under 6 moths old. we have tried all the local shelters and all they have are older ones.
we would like either a pitbull, rottie, husky, shepard,lab
in the lowell mass area. we will travel some but not a million miles

Look in your classifieds - there's always some poor puppy out there looking for a home.

Ummm.... good luck finding someone who is giving away a pure bred dog. Look in the paper for a mixed breed.... chances are if they don't get rid of them the owners will take them to the pound anyways.

Go to freecycle.org Then search for your area. they are alwasy giving away free animals. Get a local paper and read the classifieds.

no dog is free, do you have the resources for vaccinations, spaying or neutering vet bills as they come up amd they will believe me.? food and shelter?
