Shouldn't it have ceased to exist when it's theoretical origins were found to be based on falsehood and illogicality?

At what point did I mention the Bible?

Could not 'theoretical origins' just as easily refer to the big bang and evolution?

Hi I'm Christian. I was wondering (since you seem as if you are familiar with this group called "creationists", if you know who is their front guy? Someone must speak for the group, right? Do you know who it is?
I thought maybe if I show them the original manuscripts of the Bible, maybe they will understand that the Bible does not say the earth is 6000 yrs; it says that it's eons old, and even that their was an earth age before this one. Obviously, they're confused and not taught by someone who is able to handle the languages and the manuscripts.
I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt and assuming they have read one of the Bibles
available. If they could just see this fact, then they could go and enjoy some other activity and let the Scientists go to work
in peace. Just a thought....

Your question makes no sense at all. Creationists do not believe that we evolved. We were created. And, the only people who think our theoretical origins are based on falsehood and illogicality are those people who refuse to try faith.

I challenge all of you atheists to give faith a try. I am willing to bet that all atheists fall into one of two categories:

1. They have no faith because they refuse give faith an honest test.

2. The gave faith a test but refused to accept the results as they received them.

if the universe came from a "big bang", where did the matter/energy come from to make the bang?

Neither Creation nor "evolution" explains back beyond where the universe as we know it originated.

God had to come from somewhere....

Maybe we are some celestial being's equivalent of what we would call a 3rd grader's science project ant-farm... each galaxy being the project of a different celestial juvenile.

If that's the case... we're one of the failures.

when were they "found to be based on falsehood and illogicalitity"? evolution and the big bang havent exactly been proven. and the Bible is truth, so... im still astounded by the fact that you put evolution and creation into the same thing

The Universe probably has a really long life. A death which probably won't be seen for a really long time. Not until everything within the Universe stops "living".

The universe was not created by creation. It has always existed.

The true "Creationists" are insane.
That doesn't mean that there is not a God and he didn't have a hand in the creation.

They haven't figured that out yet. They're still trying to disprove the Earth being round.

The Creationist's idea is flawed and invalid. It isn't backed up by any evidence, Evolution is.
