If you have a Mac, connect your DSL modem to the ethernet port and OS X will see your internet connection and connect automatically.

If for any reason that doesn't happen, like you heve WiFi, call Yahoo.

I am Mac illiterate. But tcp/ip has to be supported for web surfing. You need a mac with a ethernet or firewire/usb port to connect to a DSL modem.
