It is a myth that mobile home parks actually "attract" tornadoes. They don't get any more than any other areas with regular houses, factories, apartment buildings, or just forest or grasslands.

However, mobile homes are more likely to be harmed by a tornado nearby due to their less durable construction methods and materials. Even a tornado miles away can cause high winds which will damage a mobile home; those same winds have little or no effect on more sturdily built structures. And that is the source of the myth that tornadoes are more likely to hit mobile home parks.

No, because the tornado itself moves by itself changing pattern over time.
