Actually Muslims have worship times all throughout the day. They often use special mats to kneel, and usually have a schedule of specific times when they stop to pray to Allah. They do have facilities they also use to worship, which are called Mosques.

Anywhere actually. The Prophet(S.A.W.) used to even pray outdoors and even in the mud to show humility and obedience to Allah.
But the standard recommended places are buildings called a masjids, a word derived from the words 'ma-'(meaning 'place') and 'sujood'(meaning 'prostration') or 'place of prostration', but a masjid can be a house or even a room. It is recommended to pray at the building masjid on Jummu'ah or 'Friday', since Jummu'ah is their Sabbath.
Muslims face the direction of Mecca as a focal point to direct their worship to Allah. It is commanded by their Prophet(S.A.W.) and, in essence, is commanded by Allah to achieve a sense of unity and brother/sisterhood.

Muslim men are required to pray in the masjid for the 5 daily prayers. Women are allowed to pray there as well if they desire but they mostly pray at home. However, Muslims can use any place on earth to pray, except a graveyard, bathroom or filthy places such as garbage dumps or the like.

They try to pray at mosques, but sometimes cannot
so they pray at home.
Middle East airlines make a point of knowing
the direction to Mecca en-route in the air so that
their patrons can face the right direction during
prayer.

at Masjid. God has let us know the world is our Masjid, prayer can be almost anywhere clean, even on dirt ground, a fear prayer could be said in battle. Prayer done in congregation is the best , I believe the reward to be worth 25 x more, while walking to the Masjid, Angels will be asking God to forgive some of your sins.
