I have these weird bumps at the back of my tongue, and it hurts to swallow and talk. My voice sounds really weird too. Do you think I have strep throat?

Strep throat makes your voice sound funny and definitely makes your throat hurt when you swallow!! GO SEE A DOCTOR... You need antibiotics to get over Strep if you do indeed have it. Your doctor will order a Strep test to find out if you are positive for it. Good luck!!

Probably not. Most sore throats are viral and go away on their own. Strep throat isn't nearly as common as people think... If you wait three or four days and it doesn't seem to be improving, THEN you might have strep throat!
