I approved the purposal for my car accident from the insurance company, when do i get my check?

Insurance is Progressive (the person at faults insurance)

Can I demand the check come in my name?

You don't have to demand -- the check will be made out to you.

haha- you dont have to "demand" LoL- if your the owner they have no problem putting it in your name. Just say you dont know where you want it repaired yet. they coudl careless if you repair it or not.
