I have anxiety sometimes, it's worse than others. I would urge you not to take medication. You have to face your fears. I can be out sometimes and feel anxious, self concious etc, my heart starts racing and I want to run away. But, I take a deep breath and think to myself, what is the worse thing that can happen to me? Nothing, absolutely nothing is going to happen to you. The more I talk to my friends, the more I realise that lots of women get anxiety. You are feeling this way because you are under stress, don't turn to prescribed drugs, you have to learn to deal with what is happening to you. Exercise is great for stress as your body will generate natural high hormones, endorphines. You only need to do about 15 minutes a day. Try this before you try anything else. Good luck. x

The thing with anxiety is that you need to get to the cause of what is making you anxious.
If you start taking pills it will help relive symptoms and help you sleep but not sort out the underlying cause.
Breathing exercises help and talking about your problems, think about seeing a counsellor....it could really help.
Remember you are not alone so many people suffer with anxiety its horrible and you don't have to put up with it...you can overcome it.
Have a look at this website its got some info on there good luck!!!

Cod liver oil daily, plus Sainsburys do an own brand natural stress relief tablet that are quite good. Breathing exercises, slowly exhale whilst saying to yourself 'stress out', as you inhale say 'relaxation in', particularly handy last thing at night. Go to bed at the same time every night and don't eat 2 hours before going to bed. Don't drink too much alcohol just makes things worse. If you're dieting you need to alter it, lack of some fats can increase stress.

you seem to have anxiety because you have a few things going on all at once, a few things i find work are:
write lists, write one for each day,and only do what really must be done, however daft it may sound, list the things you simply must do, going down to things you can let slip to another time, obviously you need to work(unless you feel so poorly you need a few weeks off) so that will be your main achievement each day,
eat as well as you can, fresh veg and fruit, make sure you are getting good nutrients.
cut down on caffiene foods and drink, try nice calming herbal tea's etc
mostly be kind to yourself, dont push yourself too hard, maybe buy a nice magazine and leave it on your pillow to relax with after a long soak in a lavender bath.
let others know how you feel, people like to help and its surprising how things dont seem quite so bad once you share them with a friend or relative you can trust.
be kind to you...........................

Anxiety is just FEAR. The way to get over your anxiety/fear is to just feel it.
Emotions are ENERGIES IN MOTION in our bodies.
Every time you don't allow yourself or you aren't allowed to fully experience an emotion, to feel it, and to move through it, the energy of that emotion becomes stopped and blocked in your body. Every time you push down that emotion it FEELS bigger and bigger until it literally takes on a life of it's own.
It remains blocked until you go back and re-experience that emotion. Then the energetic block is freed and cleared. Virtually all of our physical ailments come from energetic blocks in our bodies, energetic patterns that are connected to our emotional patterns
One good way to get rid of past and present anxiety (fear) is to use EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) or Emotional Tapping. EFT helps you to easily release blocked emotions. EFT is easy to learn (you can learn the basics in 15-30 minutes). You can use EFT anytime, anywhere for any emotional or physical issue.
Please download the FREE EFT Instructional manual from the EFT website (www.emofree.com)

Please see a doctor. There are medications you can take that will help you focus, decrease anxiety, concentrate, and generally deal with all the symptoms you're having.
