look my dog is setting down in the rain,in snow and he wont eat our scraps and they are good whats wrong

oh yeah i feed him regular dog food too he dont eat that.

Does the dog have shelter? A dog needs more nutrition than table scraps. I would suggest buying a decent dog food and bringing the dog inside. If things conintue consult your vet.

It sounds like your dog isn't being properly cared for. First, dogs should not live outside; they should live indoors as a part of the family. Second, they should generally eat dog food, or other specially prepared food, not scraps. Third, and I feel obligated to say this to most people who post pet questions: Take your dog to the vet.
Veterinarians are the only people truly qualified to assess an animal's health.

You are the weird one, your dog is by law guaranteed a home with shelter and you should be giving it dog food not scraps. Dogs don't eat people food. they are supposed to eat nutritious food to supply health for their systems. You should not own a dog. You should eat your scraps
