basically what I am asking are the halfway house both men and women where there alble to talk to one another and have intimate relationships???

Usually men and women are placed in separate halfway houses to avoid any unnecessary distractions for the inmates.

not in canada, a large number of female inmates are not that into men because for many its men that caused their fall from grace due to sexual abuse at an early age. And many male inmates are sexual batterers, not a mix you want at a half way house.

most of the federal halfway houses are co-ed. separate floors and strict no contact policy but while out looking for a job or actually at a job who can say what happens

usually NO. They try to limit distractions at a halfway house, so the people there can concentrate on getting their lives together.

I wouldn't think so. I think halfway houses are for one gender or the other, but not both.

why? no it is just like prison..........separated.............that is all we need, inmates making welfare babies..................you looking for a "good man"
