I don't. That is an assumption on your part.
I hate that laws are broken by people that have no regard for it of the country that made those laws.
I live in Texas. I have met more than a few immigrants - and way too many of those that are law breaking invaders within this country that have no right to be here.
My suggestion - move to a border town and see if your last comments are the same after being there a year when it has to do with those that are here illegally. A real life personal experience I know would more than give you a totally different outlook on that comment. I know that the local evening news is full of news that totally goes against what you wrote.

Hate is a strong word, it's the opposite of love. I wouldn't assign that emotion to the immigration issue, because it doesn't deserve it.
Secondly, immigrants and illegal aliens are two different types of people. The immigrant has permission from the ICE to be present in our country, they have gone through the process, and respect our country's laws. The illegal alien is a law breaker, trespasser, engaging in fraud, and conspiracy, with the sole intent to drain our economy's resources to better themselves at the Americans' expense.
Have I actually met illegal aliens? I sure have, and I don't even have to leave my property on the border to do so, they come visit my family after dark. Have I met immigrants? Yes, my family's business is the source of income for ten immigrant families. Two of the immigrants were hired to handle illegal aliens.
Most antis in this section don't have direct experience with the invasion like I have, but if they pay taxes every year they have the right to be angry. Being friendly neighbors to unwanted invaders is not going to make the strain on our economy, and violence at our southern border go away.

For one thing these immigrants are causing a national security issues no one knows where they are from or what they have did.Truth many of these immigrants are driven by greed. These immigrants are stealing ids of Americans to quote work hard not caring or understanding how many lives are ruined just from the issue of ids. With these immigrants using fake documents is a natural part of life. Just saying hard working does not give you the right to decide how the imagination laws will work or how long one has been here should not how enact how the imagination laws will work. The laws are there for a reason. If we're going to based our laws on someones work ethic we might as well allow 500 million to come.

I have met many immigrants. The only illegal one that I was able to communicate with was intelligent and hardworking. I do not hate anyone based on their immigration status. I am a descendant of immigrants.
I do believe all immigration into this country should be controlled, particularly in the face of a global conflict with muslim extremism.
Every sovereign nation on earth wishes to do the same.
Just sorry you can't see why.

We don't hate immigrants. We don't approve of illegal immigrants breaking the laws of the land and being disloyal, not only to their own country, but to ours as well. I know lots of illegal immigrants who are outwardly nice people but who would rob you blind the second you turned your back on them. What do you expect from people who would break any law to get here and more laws to stay here. Unfortunately for those illegals, we report every one that we can prove is here illegally and eventually, that will be all of them. We are considering making citizens' arrests to ensure that these people are dealt with to the fullest extent of the law as citizen lawbreakers are.
As far as the legal immigrants, THEY truly are hardworking people who won't take a hand out and who learn the language and the laws and they try hard to be good citizens or good citizen material. They are always welcome. You can always tell who they are because they are doing good things and not taking and not marching for rights they already have. They know their rights and they don't like illegals anymore than the rest of us.

I've met TONS of legal immigrants from all over the world. I've been lucky to meet a wide variety of wonderful people.
Now....if you mean illegal aliens....yes...I have met some. So far......the meeting has not been anything like meeting legal immigrants. Number 1......how are you going to get to know or understand anyone who refuses to speak English? Secondly.......those I have met are more concerned about hate and seperation and "getting even" than they are about being a citizen or getting to know the people here.
I have a better question......How many of the illegals have made an effort to know any citizens beyond wanting just money from them?

Americans DO NOT hate immigrants. America is the melting pot and has grown based on LEGAL immigration!!
What media lies are you referring to??? The fact that there are MILLIONS of ILLEGALS in the US??? The fact that Illegals bring crime and drugs into the US??? Not media lies, they are TRUTH!!!
Other immigrants who want to make the best of their lives have come to the US and BECAME US CITIZENS!!!

For the Nth time, it's NOT IMMIGRANTS!!! It's ILLEGAL ALIENS!!!!!!
I don't like illegal aliens because my my parents did it the right way, and we don't take advantage of whatever freebies the US government has to offer, and most of all, my family learned english before they came over. We are in no way a burden to the US economy as illegals are.
I bet my toes and fingers that as soon as we get a majority of ILLEGAL ALIENS out of the country, the US economy Will improve. I guaran-freakin'-tee it.

I wouldn't steal to better myself.
Is it a lie that it costs $10,000 to educate a single child for a single year in California and more if they are ESL students? Is it a lie that there are millions of illegal immigrants and children of illegal immigrants in our schools in California? Is it a lie that our schools are overcrowded, running on year round schedules with 40% of our teachers on emergency certificates and a drop out rate in LAUSD hovering around 50%?
We don't need media lies to be against illegal immigration, and in fact you will have a hard time finding press putting all of these facts together. We only need to be parents to be against illegal immigration.
Their better life is at the expense of our OWN children's future, and we are the ones footing the bill.

Why don't people want to stay there and make things better instead of running away to another country? The media doesn't play it up, statistics do and the statistics show that there are more illegal criminals than there are natural born American citizens, now how do you think we feel about that?
