How do i become more trusting, less insecure, and not jealous in my relationship. We have been together for 2 years,and he has done nothing wrong. But still i act this way. How can i change. I feel like i am ruining this relationship!

Only thing you can do is just relax and understand that if he didn't want to be with you he wouldn't be. I totally believe he's done nothing wrong yet you're insecure.
Let me tell you this much. The more you accuse him of cheating the closer you're going to push him to do it. Why wouldn't he you've already convicted him guilty.
Just rest assure he loves you and is with you for a reason. If you see his actions acting differently then your insecurities were right.

Change your method of thinking. Don't always assume the worst in any case, be optimisic. Every day, have set goals that you want done and focus all that energy on the positives. When you see that you're life has lightened up, you'll notice that you're happy! Good Luck!

you need to take some self help classes or some group therapy something happened when you were Little that caused you to be this way seek some help:)
