sometimes-but it depends on the situation but at other times the angry raage does the talking without going to the brain first-if ya know what I mean-and then the person may realize that they've said something mean. Sometimes the truth ends up coming out when someone is angry b/c they may have been holding it in for too long and they finally may have let it out.
If ya want a clearer answer give details about the situation

Speaking for myself at least, when I'm angry I say all the things that I think silently in my head. These may be true or not true - they're the thoughts I have when I'm most annoyed, and when I'm most annoyed, or angry, I'm biased - so I think things that are unfair, seen from a point of view that is somewhat slanted against the person I am angry at. So they may be true in some respect, but when I think rationally, I realize that they are unfair thoughts.

Not necessarily. It is not your mood that governs whether you tell the truth or a lie; it is your intention. Anger can make you go either way on the the truth/lie scale. Think about it. I've been so angry at people sometimes that I purposely tell them the biggest lie just to mess them up. See, it all depends on the intention you have and not the mood your in.

No...I think when people speak in anger they speak from their past because anger is such a charged emotion, and they speak from fear. It has absolutely 0 to do with you IMO, and 0 to do with honesty.

sometimes, when people are angry they tend to bring up things that have been festering. My ex used to be the most honest when he was drunk.

Sometimes because they say what's really bothering them and then they insult you but sometimes they don't mean it. You know what people say, you can't think when your mad...at least that's what my health teacher told me.
