Hmmmmm that depends on what you call decent, lets see
Molde, They got relegated from the Norway league impressive
Livorno, sitting 12th in the Italy league 'shocking'
Maccabi haifa, 6th in there crap laegue
Auxerre, 10th in the french leauge 'laughable'
Partizan, they sit 2nd but not exactlly a world class league is it
Tel-aviv, 8th in the crap league
Osansuna, 13 th in the spanish league ' played rangers off the park and there 13th in there league oh dear'
not exactally world class clubs in there, so to answer your question no the UEFA cup was not the standard of it was, i think thats because more teams are getting into the glimmer of the champions league and that leave's more wee diddy teams from the countrys are getting into the UFEA

yeah Rangers have'nt really played a great team yet in the Uefa cup though there are only about 3-4 teams that are really good sides in the Uefa cup it is very poor , Sevilla ,Werder Bremen are probably the strongest teams left in it .and maybe spurs

No indeed they have not!
They are playing opposition at the same level as themsleves and struglling to beat them! i thot they would have good a hgard team at this stage but osasuna are 6points off of relegation ! ........and yet they struggle!
i would like to see any1 go an extra half an hour with a side like milan (2nd most succedful in european history) and then play a mentally draining old firm! + walter smith is doing waht he done at scotland , scotland were really poor and cldnt get much worse the only way was up so he dun the obvious , he s doing the same at rangers! the players he bought are poor and wen starchan buys in the summer we will remain on top! weve won the league agn fly the flag fly the flag!

Watch out gers, the dons are breathing down your necks! Maybe we'll see them in the UEFA cup next year, or even in Champion's League qualifiers?!

Well for a start. The slightly stronger teams they faced in their group were all at home and they get away days to the minnows of the group. Hapoel are nothing more than a pub team. Amateur at best. Osasuna are at the wrong end of La Liga. Admittedly a stronger league than ours, but still, they are relegation fodder. So in answer to the question, no, Rankers have played pub sides and nothing better this season.

On the other hand, at least they have half a genuine chance of winning a European trophy ...which is more than Celtic did this year.
