my prom is on april 14. so when is the right time to ask a girl that i want to go with. i only see her at school and right now its spring break.. school starts back on march 19th.

Ask her when as soon as you get back to school. It really takes a girl a long time to find the right shoes, dress, and accessories, not to mention scheduling a hair appointment around prom time is hectic also. You wanna make sure she will have time to do everything she needs to do in preparation so it will be a nice, magical hopefully flawless night!

If possible, ask her over the Spring Break. During school, you are there with the rest of your classmates.
Since you aren't in school now, it may be the best time to create an opportunity to stand out and set the right environment to ask her.
Call her up, and ask to meet for lunch, or a movie.....if all is going well, then pop the question.

If you can contact her before that DO SO!! girls get asked to prom quickly! so you dont want to wait until march 19th and shes already got a date. if you really cant then wait until march 19th and ask her to prom that same day. if you can contact her before sending a telegram would be very sweet and a great way to contact her. ask someone for her adrress. I would ask her as soon as you go back to school. For one, girls usually do a lot more planning for prom than guys do. So she'll need time to shop for a dress, shoes, schedule a hair appointment (which are super hard to get at prom time) etc. Plus, you don't want to leave time for someone else to snatch her up! ask her shortly after you get back from spring break... if she doesn't have a date it will give both of you adequate time to plan. plus, you don't want to wait until the last minute and have her think she is your last resort. my prom is on may 18 and some people already have dates. good luck and hope you have fun!

ask her a week after spring break, becuase if u are too late, most of the ppl u wan to go wiht will be taken. if the girl u want to go with rejects your offer, dont be dicoureged, there are way more cute girls in your school, and they are want to have a date as soon as u do. so go for it! have fun at prom!

Ask her ASAP. I am not sure what prom is like at your school, but you better grab that person now before someone else does. Usually at least a month in advance is a good target to ask.

As soon as possible. Before someone asks her and she needs time to get ready for it too. On the other hand if you ask her to early she might think your desprate or if you ask her to early someone else might come along and it will cause problems in the long run if she changes her mind about going with you.

Ehm, well I think you should aske her out now, so that she doesn't get a date before the prom. It'd be best to start getting to know her, and flirting with her. Siome examples, are making her laugh, ooooooooh.... you know her? Well jsut try to be flirtatious and charming and ask her out soon. Before the month ends.
