Does anyone know how to write a will/whom I could talk with? I am unmarried, but have 2 young boys. (Neither father is around.) I was told to write a Will so that my sons can be taken care of whom I choose. Anyone?

I used the link llisted below. Cost me about $20. Asks simple questions and then prints out all the legal stuff. Worked well. Then you get to witnesses to sign and have it notorized. Pretty simple. Good luck.

Are you in the uk? If so many financial advisors are now trained to write wills which makes it cheaper than using a solicitor.Should cost well under £100,maybe considerably less if its simple. You used to be able to buy a "kit" from a post office or stationers to do it yourself. As long as it is properly done and witnessed it will be legal.

Go to Office Max and buy a Will Kit it tells you exactly how to do it and fill in the blanks. Just make sure you print it and have it notarized so it will be legal and give copies to at least four people in a seal envelope and put one somewhere in your desk. I am a paralegal and I know what I am talking about.

Talk to an estate planning attorney or a legal aid group which might give you assistance for free. nolo.com has books with forms where you can do it yourself though you might need help setting something up in your situation.

Friends and colleagues may know attorneys or groups you can contact in your area if you can't find any

Go to your library they have wills there that you can look at and see what fits you.

Good Luck...
