The Captain of the Lords hosts a.k.a. Yeshua.
Also, He appeared to Abraham and Sarah when He promised that Sarah would get pregnat.
This is what is usually referred to as a "theophany". An appearance of Christ prior to His birth as a human in Bethlehem. God is not constrained by time and place.
