We're in the middle of Lent now, genius. Save the lamb chops for Easter dinner! Then, we can celebrate Passover also!
Don't forget the bitter herbs.
PS. The right wine for lamb chops is a sweet red wine. I suggest a Merlot.

Sure. The Christians eat bits of Jesus every week, so why not in lamb chop form?
Yeah, why wafers for communion? Why not lamb chops? I think it might draw more people to mass. You'd have to find the right wine for lamb chops, though.
