We have travelled to Niketown and the Adidas shop only to find that they dont actually sell spikes (they didnt even know what they were!) - Most local specialist sports shops specialise in middle distance ones........

well you might have to buy online for the spikes
sometimes ebay has good deals on spikes
well i got my spikes at
www.holabirdsports.com
but you can try searching on google "track spikes"

Go to a local store and try on the Nike shoes, Then go to www.eastbay.com to order sprinters spikes (not ebay) Hope this helps
