Every shaft and keyway have their own ratio and dimensions. it depends on the manufacturer of the shaft and keyway, and the radius and size of the shaft.

No offense intended, but WTF? How do you ever expect anyone to answer a question like that? Rather than waste my time explaining everything about keyways you don't need to know, I suggest you type "keyway dimensions" (without the quotes) into any search engine and do your own engineering. If you find that too difficult or too confusing then you should definitely try the Answers forum again, except be sure to give very specific application details.
