The best thing for skin is vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid). The highest natural source for B5 is bee royal jelly. The fresher the better because natural vitamins "break down" but are better absorbed than "lab vitamins". The freshest I have found is from beeroyalproducts.com. Bee royal jelly is expensive (for the fresh) but a jar should last about three to five months (keep it in the fridge). It also contains collagen to aid in smoother softer skin. It will also help you grow stronger thicker hair and nails. plus it is good for the joints and will help your body regrow cartilage.

Eating healthy is a great way to be healthy, don't you think?
EDIT: If you're looking for antioxidants only, check out clove oil. The ORAC rating for clove oil is ...what, 1,000 times higher by weight than that of even the highest sources in food? sorry, it must be 2,000 higher... I forget sometimes. this is why some of the best teas have clove bud listed in the ingredients table. : )

You could eat and drink lots of things to help improve your skin. As far as foods go; avocado is good for you to eat and also make a face mask out of it. Oatmeal, is good for you to eat and make a face mask out of it too. Eggs are good for you to eat and also make into a face mask. As far as drinks go, of course avoid soda and juice. One thing that I know that I have seen such a change in my skin (smoother, clearer, less break outs, more radiant), is drinking green tea. It has a lot of antioxidants in it so it helps your body inside as well as out. Look into the benefits of drinking green, white, and black tea and you will see that I'm right. It helps out sooo much. Also, lots of water helps your body inside and out. So, if I were you, I would start drinking lots of water and green tea and also use homemade face masks or store bought masks. You should clear up rather quickly. If you get any break outs that you want to go away quickly, dab some tooth paste on it and leave it over night. When you wake up, the tooth paste should have dried out the break out and either be much smaller or gone. Good luck.

Water is incredibly important. It does stuff that washes or exfoliating can't. Also, it's important not to eat grease and junk. Pimples have been linked to diet, so easy on chips and chocolate. Especially chocolate. Veggies are good, and protein, but, really, good skin is just another benefit of leading a healthy life.
