I'll keep this as simple as I can. If a woman goes to a bar looking for sex, no doubt she can find it. But generally what that involves is sitting down with someone, getting to know them, flirting, etc. What this is doing is creating a level of attachment. It could come from her or it could come from him. There's also the risk of seeing that person out again. With paying for sex, your commitment is just that, money. They (women) have the ease of knowing that there is nothing else promised, or asked for. You pay me, we have sex, we go our separate directions. Think about married women who cheat and try not to get caught... the guy who you just paid to have sex with you isn't going to tell on you A) because you just had sex with him and B) because he would probably love a repeat customer. Its completely different than the guy that you meet at the bar who calls you his best lover ever, and must let everyone know by shouting it in the streets, whether their husband can hear or not...

Why do men pay women to have sex when they could go to a bar and get some for free? And they pay some mucho bucks for some of these high priced hookers. Maybe - if men and women are paying for it they feel it is safer - health wise. Stupid, but who knows, the mind works in weird ways to justify things.

If you know a woman that is doing this I would also like the answer. Sex without commitment is eaassssy if you are a woman. We don't have to pay and we shouldn't!

Because most of the guys at the bar are jerks? At least when they pay for it they know what they are getting and they know he will treat them right because that is what he is paid to do.

Maybe they want a guy who won't call or moon around. You know, kind of like why guys pay for it (I'm told; still maintaining my amateur status while waiting for se x to be made an Olympic sport.)
(Of course, there ARE a lot of guys who won't call or moon around, & many of us, er, ah, THEM hang around in bars, so probably to AVOID the misunderstanding that it's merely a transaction & NOT a relationship. I infer.)

Never done it but I guess she could get her pleasure without worring about having to please the man and maybe they get tested for STD's and have safe sex,drunks probably don't.
