DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT THROW UP. In this situation the best thing you can do is either decline the invitation, telling them politely that you have already eaten, or go and only order a small amount of food and do a lot of talking so when you take most of the food home, they think it's because (sometimes you have to voice this as an excuse) you were talking and your food got cold so your going to take it home and reheat it later.

Go out to eat but suggest doing something else first. To give you time to work up an appetite and when you get to dinner if you are still full just take baby bites and carry conversation and take the food home with you. Or you could just decline but under no circumstance should you throw up, thats not healthy and I dont know about you but food tastes so bad after you throw up anyways.

Tell them you have eaten already, and suggest you can come along having just a drink and chat, or come over after dinner, or come over for dinner another day. All good options, depending on what you and your potential host like best. It's not rude to refuse an invitation to dinner at such a late time, if they do feel bad about turned down it's really their own fault for calling you so late! Reasonable people will understand.

Heavens, no!
Just explain to the person that you really appreciate the invitation, but you've already eaten. Then make arrangements to eat with them another time.

No. Just excuse yourself and say you've already eaten and can you take a raincheck. Throwing up and then eating is not a good idea and may lead to a eating disorder if you do it too often.

Depending on where you're going. If it's fast food, decline. If it's out to eat, mention you've already eaten, but are happy to go with and just get something to drink. If they want to strap you down and force feed you, then I don't think you have an option either way.

no, please don't throw up! that's not healthy. just order a nice drink and maybe a salad if you are too afraid to tell them that you already ate...that's usually what i do when i am stuck in a situation like that. you don't have to really eat the salad if you don't want to anyway, just kinda make it look like you are.

Just order coffee and a small garden salad or appetizer to nibble on. You can tell them you just ate so you're passing up the eating but not passing up on the company!
Don't NEVER EVER throw up intentionally.

Then turn down the offer for another time or join them later for dessert or after dinner drinks.
