As I don't know where you are from or going to this is the international site for Youth Hostels. I think it would be your best bet.

Try looking up youth hostels. They're not called that for nothing you know? :)
These places usually have facilities for larger parties and enough stuff to entertain kids. They'll enjoy it and they're usually modestly priced as well.
I believe there's an international organization for them even, but you'll need to look around for that a bit.
They're everywhere though. Just look. :)
