ok i need help i am 13 years old and im trying to see why the millarty is hiding area 51 what is area 51 all about??? is it something to do will aliens"???? hope you can help me!!!!??!!? please PEACE!!!

legend has it that a UFO crashed near there and the military put it under wraps and was involved in researching the aliens reportedly found alive in the craft itself, from what I hear, the aliens died a long time ago, and the military moved all the parts of the craft to an unkown location, once the story got out.

Area 51 is a top secret facility the U.S. military uses for testing and developing high tech weapons and air craft and has no connection with aliens whatsoever. It is hidden and protected the way it is to keep other nations intelligence agency's from discovering the future equipment of our armed forces

The government has recently moved 'area 51' to a place in southern Virginia. Everything is under a deserted air field in Pungo, off Princess Anne Rd. It is surrounded by 2 layers of chain link fence topped with concertina wire, security cameras are all along the fence line with motion sensors between the two fence lines, and patrolled by armed guards with attack dogs. There have been sightings of strange lights in the sky from time to time. I'm surprised you haven't heard of it since you seem to be so interested.
We have F-18's, S-2's patrolling the skies from the local naval air station. I live about 13 miles from Pungo and have seen trucks rolling in and out of the compound.
Oh, Pungo is famous for its traffic light..the PUNGO TRAFFIC LIGHT and you can even buy t-shirts with the picture of the traffic light on it. Try doing a google.com search for Pungo, Va.
