Yes... I sometimes do.... (not often)

I try to be level headed and rational most of the time... but sometimes I don't succeed. Mostly I disagree... but every once in a while... out I type something quite disagreeable.

I apologize.

Sure. And some Christians religiously mock and ridicule atheists. (And anyone who believes something different than what they do.)

Most people on this forum, even when they strongly disagree, try to maintain some maturity about it. ( Even when it's made difficult by someone who's mocking and ridiculing you. ) The ones who mock and ridicule tend to stand out more, so it might seem that there are more people like that then there really are. And almost everyone can sometimes be ticked off to the point of speaking out in anger. For the most part, though, people here are relatively cool. There's nothing wrong with a healthy debate.

Of course it could be said, that's no trick.
And "some " is such a broad term it can even be said with good prospect of accuracy.

A definition:
A gentleman is an individual who never accidentally gives offence.

If I decide to mock and ridicule, do rest assured that I will have thought about it, and not delivered such out of mere reflex, instinct or habit.

(OK, anyone using Pascal's Wager has declared themselves fair game, whether they know it or not.)

Mock? Yes.

"Religiously" mock? No.

I know you are trying to imply that atheism is a religion, but it isn't. Look up the word religion and you will be able to appreciate the difference.

Sure, some do.

Just as some Christians mock and ridicule anyone who is not Christian.

Your point?

Yes, but they don't try to convince anyone that something that is not proven is true, and they don't go around believing or saying that anyone is going to Hell for not agreeing with them.

I'd rather mock than condemn, personally.
