I have had my tragus pierced and would like to change the hoop for a stud, how do i take it out?

Its probably a CBR (captive bead/ball ring) and you will probably want to have a piercer help you remove it if you can't get it out with your hands so you don't hurt yourself or cause trauma to the piercing.

When you try to get it out, use latex gloves for a better grip on the jewelry and don't use standard pliers to get it out. If you can't do it, don't force it.

It depends on the type of ring. If it is a CBR (with a ball) gently try to pop the ball out using both hands. I would suggest going to your piercer, though, most will do a jewelry swap for free! :)
