Well first off, u need to talk to her as a friend, what if she thinks ur a freak cuz she doesnt know u? if ur friends then ask her on a date first... liek to the movies or dinner, dont ask her to b ur g.f yet, that takes time.

buy her a rose and tell her that when u saw it in the shop it reminded u of her coz of its beauty and u just had to buy it so u show her howbeautiful she is to u...... and u would be privilaged to have the chance to take her out....flatter her, but not over the top...but most importantly be urself...maybe make her laugh or maybe just instead of what i said before just casually slip in into a conversation...talk to her and then at the end of the conversation or just before u have to leave, tell her how much u enjoyed talking to her, then ask if she'd like to go out sometime, or maybe as her for her number, then later that night text her saying that u'd like to take her out sometime and get to know her better.
flattery gets u everywhere but too much can put her off, hold back dont tell her all ur thoughts....

Go up to her right before school and ask if she could wait a few minutes after school, so you could talk to her. Then when the time comes just be plain and forward. "WILL YOU GO OUT WITH ME"
