If he likes you and you like him...but he wants to take things slow. He is single and says he doesnt want to rush cause he isnt going anywhere. He is about 11 years older than me, and Im in my late 20's.
He says he has rushed before and ppl got hurt, including him.
Should I believe him in what he says?

You can't "make" anyone become attracted to you. They are or they are not.

He sounds like a good common sense man. If you have no reason to doubt him, take him at face value.

You are getting impatient because you are hitting the broody stage of your reproductive cycle. You are getting antsy to have children and your biological clock is pressuring you.

If you feel such a rush, date him for awhile. But keep the time factor in mind. Go for a few months. He is single at his age for a reason, perhaps he has been bitten. Badly. Men get hurt too.

But for now, enjoy the company of what sounds like a good man.

He prolly isn't lying about what he said...I have rushed things myself, and a few people beside me and her got hurt from it. He is looking out for you and him, and seems like the perfect guy, he respects you, and likes you soooo much that he doesn't want to lose you by making a silly mistake of rushing a relationship....good luck....he knows what hes doing...!!
